About

Our Counsellor

At Bridging Change Counselling, we know taking the first step to getting help can often be the most difficult one, so we welcome you and commend your courage. Are you looking for a change in your life, but you just don’t know how to make it happen, or maybe you just need a bit of additional support through a difficult time? At Bridging Change Counselling, we are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, professional counselling environment for individuals, couples, and families that is affordable and accessible through online counselling, or in person meetings. We support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, crisis/trauma, relationship issues, stress, loss and grief, and general mental health issues.

We value a client centred approach within a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) framework highlighting the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through the development of healthy thinking and behavioural patterns, adaptive coping strategies, education, and new skills, collaboratively we will work together to develop an individualized plan to decrease the symptoms/issues negatively impacting your life. Throughout the counselling process we are committed to providing an empathetic, non-judgemental environment for you to be seen and heard from your own unique perspective.

Let’s meet for a free 1-hour consultation to see if Bridging Change Counselling would be a great fit to help you bridge the change you desire.
